The Opportunity We are looking for a Global People Experience Specialist to support employees and new hires across the USA, EU, and Singapore. In this role, you will manage local global mobility, immigration, relocation, and onboarding activities in your assigned geography. You will coordinate with employees, hiring managers, internal stakeholders, and third-party vendors to ensure smooth and timely employee experience. You will also support local People Operations and compliance activities that require in-country action. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, and comfortable managing multiple cases and stakeholders in an international environment. In This Role, You Will Handle Global Mobility & Immigration cases relocating to your assigned geography Manage mobility cases, including visas, relocations, renewals, and cancellations. Ensure cases are completed accurately, on time, and in line with regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate records and escalate risks or delays affecting relocation or start dates.
