This position is for someone who is operationally disciplined, data-curious, and ready to be trained into a CRM Ops specialist. </p> <p>You will be responsible for the day-to-day execution of campaigns that keep our players engaged and active, working at the intersection of technology, data, and creativity.</p> <p>What you'll be doing:</p> <ul><li>Through a combination of structured training and hands-on experience, you will learn to:<br>Execute Campaigns: Build and schedule retention journeys and look into marketing automation workflows using platforms such as Bloomreach and Builder.</li><li>Cross-Functional Alignment: Collaborate with Content, Design, Loyalty, and Customer Support teams to ensure all retention activities align with broader brand campaigns.</li><li>Troubleshoot Campaigns: Assist in troubleshooting CRM workflows and identifying process enhancements to improve overall operational efficiency.</li><li>Customer Service: Work closely with the CS team to help improve the customer experience for those asking for additional rewards. </li></ul> <p>What we are looking for: </p> <p>We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates the potential to grow into a high impact specialist.
