Get to Know our Team: The Regional Management Office sits within Agoda’s Global Supply department and partners closely with regional leadership to define strategic priorities, drive execution and manage business rhythm across the region. We also work hand-in-hand with the Business Development teams on the ground to identify and unlock accommodation supply growth opportunities. The Opportunity: As a Lead in the Strategy and Operations Team, you will be instrumental in helping the Regional VP, Country Directors, and your Strategy and Operations Manager to structure, drive, and land the region’s most important strategic initiatives. You will run initiatives end-to-end — from framing the problem through planning, governance, execution, and post-launch review — while providing analytical support and strategic advice to Director level to solve complex problems and identify new opportunities. You bring strong strategic thinking, program/project management (PMO) discipline, analytical acumen coupled with the ability to dive into the details, and a high level of operational savvy.
