Gritter Francona is looking for a Video Producer that will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing the end-to-end production of animated educational videos supporting the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) National Center for PTSD. The Video Producer oversees all phases of production, from project initiation through final delivery, ensuring that video products are completed on schedule, meet quality standards, and comply with contractual requirements. Working collaboratively with project managers, scriptwriters, subject matter experts (SMEs), animated graphic/visual artists, voice talent, editors, and Government stakeholders, the Video Producer ensures that each production effectively communicates evidence-based information about trauma, posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD), effective treatments, and co-occurring conditions. The Video Producer ensures all content reflects the National Center for PTSD's commitment to scientific accuracy, plain language, accessibility, cultural sensitivity, and trauma-informed communication while maintaining a serious yet hopeful tone that encourages treatment engagement.
