GLOBAL WORKPLACE LEAD ABOUT THE ROLE We're looking for a Global Workplace Lead to build and scale the workplace experience that enables Replit to do its best work. You'll own the strategy and operations for our global offices, creating environments that are welcoming, high-performing, and built to support a rapidly growing, distributed company. This role combines hospitality, operations, real estate, and execution. You'll be responsible for everything from day-to-day office operations to long-term workplace strategy, ensuring our physical spaces reflect our culture and help our teams collaborate effectively. You'll partner closely with People, Finance, IT, Legal, Security, and Executive Operations to create workplaces that scale alongside the company.
