Together, we are committed to delivering innovative, data-driven solutions that empower our clients and foster professional growth within a dynamic and collaborative workplace.</p><p>We are on the lookout for <strong>a Graphic Designer</strong> to join our <strong>Design</strong> <strong>Team.</strong></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Create visually engaging banners and graphics for social media platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Generate and refine AI-assisted visuals and integrate them into high-quality marketing creatives.</li><li>Maintain a consistent visual style across all SMM materials.</li><li>Develop and adapt design templates for social media needs.</li><li>Collaborate closely with SMM managers and the creative team.</li><li>Contribute creative ideas and explore new AI tools and workflows to improve visual communication.</li><li>Prepare design materials according to briefs and deadlines.</li></ul><br><br><strong>Requirements</strong><br><ul><li>1+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably focused on SMM.</li><li>Strong skills in Photoshop and Figma; basic knowledge of Illustrator is a plus.</li><li>Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools and the ability to integrate AI-generated assets into production-ready designs.</li><li>Understanding of prompting techniques and AI-based creative workflows.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, composition, and color theory.</li
