ABOUT THE ROLE As a Solutions Consultant at Ramp, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing partnerships with potential customers. This involves building trust and confidence through expert demonstrations of Ramp's products and a deep understanding of our prospects' needs. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Account Management teams, you will prioritize and develop financial solutions for Ramp's key customers, ensuring that the product aligns with their evolving requirements. Acting as technical and financial experts, you will design integrated solutions, provide strategic advice to prospects, and facilitate communication between internal technical teams and prospects. Solutions Consultants drive customer success from deal evaluation to product activation, influencing product development to continually enhance Ramp's value proposition.
