Get to Know our Team: The Fintech Commercial team is the glue between external Fintech partners (schemes, PSPs, issuers) and Agoda’s Finance department. We represent the business side of Agoda’s “Pay-in” (Consumer Payments) and “Pay-out” (Business payments) pillars within the Agoda Fintech ecosystem. Together with our Fintech partners and cross-functional stakeholders, we identify and implement payments optimization initiatives, launch new payment methods and drive Fintech innovation across Agoda. The Opportunity: We are looking for a talented, results-oriented Payments Operations Analyst to join the Agoda finance team. You will: Analyze payment partner commercials Validate strategic deals and own invoice reconciliation Run financial analysis and data-driven insights Drive business case development for new fintech initiatives This is an ideal role for someone with 2–4 years’ experience in Finance, Fintech/Tech, or Consulting industries, who wants exposure to payments partner management at scale.
